In the spring of 2010, Clas Ohlson struck and started renting a room of 7,300 square meters on Drottninggatan in central Stockholm.
But they chose to use only 3,000 square meters for their own sales and the rest was rented out.
In the spring of 2021, Power (formerly MediaMarkt) took over the premises after Intersport and opened his store wall to wall with Clas Ohlson.

But now the store will close and by June 30, the business must have ceased, according to The newspaper work Which too The real estate world reported on.
According to Power, the closure is to be due to the property values raising the local rent.

A minor part of the staff from the store on Drottninggatan has been offered other work by Power.
With the closure on Drottninggatan, there will no longer be any power store in Stockholm’s inner city.
