On the Consumer Magazine’s list, the companies that are the worst are ranked in complying with the General Complaints Board’s (ARN) decision in disputes between companies and consumers.

The list is topped by Chinese clothing giant Shein, who has 23 cases at ARN. In all cases except one, the company has ignored answering ARN.
Shein states in a comment on Råd & Rön that the company has technical problems and that is the reason why the decisions have not been followed.
Ryanair is also included in advice & Rön’s black list
Close to the list are Ryanair, Turkish Airlines, Asos and Zula Stockholm.
In addition to a record number of companies on the list, the number of cases is also record -breaking. These are 488 cases and the companies owe their customers a total of almost SEK 12 million. The most money is guilty of the electric car company Tesla, where four of their cases amount to SEK 2 million.
