With Riyadh’s discussions, the United States has broken Moscow’s isolation but also marked a turning point on the side of the allies of Ukraine. While for three years, everyone has argued that Ukraine will have to participate in any discussion concerning it, in fact this is no longer the case. Ukraine, like Europe, brought before the accomplished fait of the new American policy, redouble their efforts to, too, find an acceptable solution which can lead to an end of the war, an end always hypothetical for the moment .
