Jeff Tuche becomes President of the Republic in the third episode of the Tuche, released on January 31, 2018.
In this third part of the French comic franchise, Jeff Tuche, who became mayor of Bouzolles, decides to embark on the presidential race and won the election by a competition of unpredictable political circumstances. His family therefore finds himself at the Elysée … But was the feature film really shot in this high place of the presidency?
As you can expect, The Tuche 3 was not really shot at the Elysée Palace. It was the Vigipirate plan that prompted Olivier Baroux to find a new filming location, fearing that his work as director and the staging would be compromised by the security measures. It was therefore at the Château de Voisins, located near Versailles, that the scenes taking place at the Elysée were filmed. Also be aware that Bouzolles does not really exist either: it is the village of Salin-de-Giraud, near Arles, which served as a setting in the hometown of the Tuche.
Synopsis – Having become mayor, Jeff Tuche is delighted with the arrival of the TGV in his dear village. Unfortunately, the high -speed train only passes, without stopping in Bouzolles. Disappointed, Jeff Tuche tries to join the President of the Republic so that his village does not remain isolated from the rest of the territory. Without an answer from the Elysée, Jeff only sees only one solution to be heard: presenting himself in the presidential election … taking advantage of unpredictable political circumstances, Jeff Tuche and his whole family will settle in the Elysée for a high -risk mission: governing France. Their motto: freedom, equality, fraternituhe.
