Félix Tshisekedi went to Luanda this Tuesday, February 18 to meet with his Angolan counterpart João Lourenço, now an exercise president of the African Union. This meeting comes three days after the fall of Bukavu, currently under the control of the M23 group, supported by Rwanda.
