(Finance) – The Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordioreceived a delegation of theItalian Association of Young Lawyers (Aiga)led by President Carlo Foglieniand composed of the lawyers Mariangela Di Biase, Tito Burla, Anna Coppola, Valerio Zicaro and Mario Aiezza.
During the meeting, an opportunity for profitable comparison on the main issues concerning the lawyer and the justice system in Italy, President Foglieni illustrated some Reform proposals. In particular, that concerning thepenitentiary systemaimed at reducing prison overcrowding and improving the condition of prisoners and staff of the prison administration.
They were also the critical issues concerning the Justice of the Peace and particular attention was also paid to Electronic criminal trial and copying rights. A report was delivered to the theme which highlighted how there was in the territory was an uneven application of the legislation introduced by the Budget Law: a sort of “judicial federalism” of the provision. Lastly, a proposal was illustrated aimed at introducing the payment injunction issued by the lawyers.
The Minister Nordio He confirmed the government’s commitment to promoting interventions aimed at improving the efficiency of the judicial system and supporting the lawyer, with particular attention to young lawyers.
