Be careful if you have a SOSH mobile plan! The operator discreetly increases some of its prices by informing its customers by email. Fortunately, it is possible to challenge this increase … provided you react quickly!
Like almost everyone, you probably regularly receive emails from your Internet or Mobile operator. Most of the time, these are simply messages related to your monthly package, with the associated invoice. Classic and usual letters to which you no longer pay attention. But beware, this is not always the case, and some apparently harmless emails can conceal much more important information with direct consequences on your finances. This is particularly the case for messages which announce an “improvement” of the offer.
This is a very bad habit for telephone operators. SFR and Bouygues are the great specialists in this questionable practice that makes their teeth roasted, but Orange also devotes himself to it. Also, if you have a telephone package at Sosh, watch your emails right now! The mobile operator sends emails to inform its customers of an evolution of their package. And it is far from harmless, since it hides no more or less than a price increase.
Of course, and as often in this kind of situation, Sosh does not present the increase as it: the email emphasizes an increase in the data envelope. Thus, the holders of a limited serial package SOSH 20 GB will see their monthly data double to go to 40 GB. A nice increase, which is accompanied by a small additional financial effort up to 2 € more each month. But that you haven’t asked for anything and you may not need this additional mobile data!
The change will be effective from March 21, 2025. Fortunately, if you are not interested, you can decline this offer and keep your current subscription at the same price, without adding data. Just click on the link integrated into the email, at the level of “your customer area”, and to follow the indications.
Please note, you only have until March 18, 2025 to do this, after which the increase will be definitively applied. Remember to check your spam folder, because this type of message can easily land in it. It would be a shame to miss it!
