The Catharijnesingel has been closed for approximately 45 minutes. The actual closure starts on 1 March. Yet it does not mean that no one is allowed under Hoog Catharijne: cyclists, walkers, and, for example, taxis, ambulances and public transport, are still welcome. Error riders receive a warning in the initial period, later they can expect a fine of 120 euros.
