When Mirella Nantes moved from Trelleborg to Boden, she unpacked her entire life in boxes.

The company Removal guys would deliver things within a week – but six months later they still have not arrived.

– Nothing happens, how long should you wait? says Mirella Nantes.

Soon it has been six months since Mirella Nantes, 42, last saw her household.

It was on August 19 last year that she moved from Trelleborg to Boden. Carefully, she had packed up her entire life in moving boxes – but she has not seen them since then, which SVT Norrbotten Be the first to report.

– From the relocation company I was told that I would get things within the same week, says Mirella Nantes.

But when that did not happen, she heard to ask what had happened.

The moving guys, as the company is called, asked her to be patient. But more time went by and Mirella got neither delivery nor feedback.

– Every time I heard of me they said the same things: “The car has broken, the staff is sick, we hear from us,” says Mariella.

Later, it turned out that Mirella’s things ended up with a subcontractor to the moving guys – who went bankrupt.

Were asked to stop calling

The latest contact Mirella had with the moving guys was a week ago, February 5.

– Then I was told that they are working to get my things up but that they are stuck on a warehouse outside Borås, says Mirella.

But Mirella has not received any address to the store in Borås.

– She I talked to last time got mad and asked me to stop calling. But nothing happens, how long should you wait?

In the missing relocation class there are both clothes, household utensils and photo albums. Mirella has had to buy a lot new, but many things cannot be replaced with money.

The relocation guys’ response: “Coming in one to two weeks”

Moving guy’s contact person replies in an email to Aftonbladet that the delay is due to the bankrupt subcontractor. He also explains that it is hoped to be able to deliver Mirella’s things within one to two weeks – most recently.

“What happened was that things ended up at one of the subcontractor’s warehouse. When the company went bankrupt, it took a while before we got info on where the things were, ”the contact person writes.

Furthermore, it is explained that moving guys have picked up Mariella’s things that are now in another warehouse. He also says that they offered her to come and get things herself – and that they will otherwise be delivered within one to two weeks “last”.

Does it feel like you will get your stuff back?

– I hope so anyway. I don’t want to say that I don’t believe it, because I’ve been struggling for so long now, says Mirella Nantes.
