UTRECHT – Gerard T., who has been convicted in the Utrecht serial welfare case, will not be released earlier if it is up to the Public Prosecution Service. A spokesperson confirms this to RTV Utrecht. On Tuesday, the court will handle a claim of the OM to postpone a conditional release.
