Again and again there is change at Berlin – Day & Night, which can not only affect the roles, but also the actors: inside. Now an era is coming to an end in the show which entails some consequences.
Berlin-Day & Night: The end of the houseboat era
Schmidti and scabies have been part of Berlin – Day & Night – since the first episode. The two chaots only know fans in a double pack and they are one of the figureheads of the series. Particularly legendary: your houseboat on which you live. With always changing roommates: inside.
A lot will change for the fans now. Because Schmidti (played by Alexander Freund) has decided to move from the houseboat to the shared apartment. He and scabies (played by Marcel Neue) develop in different directions, which is too much for Schmidti. Because scabies only have a party in their heads. In an interview, Marcel reveals that the spectators can look forward to exciting stories about the two:
I think it is interesting for the spectator to see how the two get along without the other and what paths they take. In any case, it remains exciting.
The spectators: but the duo does not have to do without the duo. After all, scabies and Schmidti continue to work together in the crass and the friendship between them remains. Just with different living situations.
“Is a cut”: Marcel and Alex are missing when shooting
A lot changes not only for fans, but also for Marcel and Alex. The two have shot together since the first episode and because of the new storyline this will change suddenly. Alex emphasizes in the interview:
With regard to filming, however, it is actually a blatant cut because we have continuously turned together for hours. I have seen Marcel almost five days a week so far Sometimes more often and longer than my family.
Now I only see him when we turn in the crass, but then the reunion is all the more beautiful.
He still turns with other “great people”, but Marcel would be missing because they are simply a well -coordinated team. Marcel also finds touching words for his game colleague:
