Fritz Meinecke is considered the face of 7 vs. game for many, but the fans now believe that he could not be there at season 5.
How important is Fritz Meinecke for 7 vs. game? 7 vs. Wild started as a YouTube project by Fritz Meinecke, together with 6 other colleagues and the co-founders Max Kovacs and Johannes Hovekamp (Via Hitscan.de), who, as an organization team, ensured the security of the candidates and the entire planning of the Project take over.
The project originally ran on Fritz Meinecke’s own channel and since then he has developed into the face of the show. The survival series then grew up rapidly with season two. Well-known faces such as influencers Knossi and fitness Youtuber Sascha Huber provided many spectators with their appearances.
But the rumors have been piling up for a long time that Meinecke has no real desire for his own format. Instead, he discovered his passion for cycling. And many see a reason why he no longer wants to participate.

Fritz Meinecke and Season 5
What are the suspicion? On Reddit, many fans are skeptical whether Fritz Meinecke will still be there in season 5. For the spectators it was probably the case as if the series founder had no desire for the show and was increasingly dissatisfied with the developments.
For his new hobby, cycling, Meinecke has already planned the first half of 2025 with tours and trips. The following tours for the next few months can be found in the description on his Instagram profile:
2025 Ultra (bike packing) races
May – 🇩🇪 @peaksandplains.cc (530 km)
June – 🇺🇸 (8) @raciacrossamerica (4,800 km)
July – 🇮🇹> 🇳🇴 @northcape4000 (4,000 km)
There is still a 4-week vacation in Hawaii, which Meinecke also wants to dedicate his new hobby. All the already planned appointments sound for the fans as if Meinecke was no longer involved in 7 vs. Wild.

How did the series change? The series has developed large since season 1. Instead of the suspensions by boat, the candidates now have to jump out of helicopters or are brought to the exposure location.
The series assumed that the original team could no longer do it alone. The founders sold the series to Calivision Network, which in collaboration with Amazon should produce the new seasons. It didn’t work out well from the start and there was always a dispute between the organization and Fritz Meinecke.
After misinformation in the “back-the scenes” format “Behind the Scenes”, Fritz Meinecke felt forced to speak plain text and to correct everything.
What happened in season 4? As a consequence of season 3, Meinecke did not start again in season 4 and instead switched behind the scenes and only occasionally appeared in the series to ensure the securing of the recordings.
For the spectators, he looked less present in season 4. For example, there was less information from him in advance of the broadcast and he only reacted to a few episodes of the series (via YouTube) before he almost no longer commented on 7 vs. Wild.
In the past, the season of 7 vs. Wild was shot in August and September, and no trips from Meinecke are yet known for these months. So his participation is by no means excluded. It remains to be seen whether he can play an important role in a 5th season of 7 vs. 7 vs. season. After all, the first participant seems to have already been found: The first candidate of 7 vs. Wild season 5 is said to be a vegan influencer – considering
