The City and Foundation, Which Runs The Building AS The Lochiel Kiwanis Community Center, Recently inked Another Five-Year Lease Agreement, He Said.

Felton, The Building’s Fourth Executive Director, Took Over Operating The Facility Five Years Ago. It now has a budget of $ 225,000, he Said.
Changes sincere include contracting out Things Like Finding Tenants, Automating The Accounting System, Improving Building Security, and Changing bylaws so the Board, Not the Executive Director, Makes Decisions about Building Operations, He Said.
“It’s important that kiwanis now What’s going on this building, in order that we can take it in the right direction,” he said.
