Indiana Jones stands for exciting adventures that lead to action and tension around the world. With a brisk pace and brisk sayings, Indy makes its way through world history. This is often staged: sometimes the films also dare to be very dark, especially Indiana Jones and the temple of death.
The second part of the series comes up with some abysses, both in the literal and figurative sense. Director Steven Spielberg banned nightmare pictures on the screen and delivers a few of the most disturbing moments of his entire career. Even Indy, the hero of history, he shows completely alienated.
Ke Huy Quan was very afraid of the Indiana Jones shoot, but Harrison Ford comforted him
The filming has left lasting impression, especially with Short Round actor Ke Huy Quan. At the temple of death, he delivered his acting debut – At the age of just twelve. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he now reveals that the shooting has quite afraid.
The escape from the temple of death in particular took Quan with it:
When we turned this sequence, I was so afraid. And I cried.
Harrison Ford also noticed that, as Quan says:
I remember that Harrison Ford knelt in front of me and asked me if I was doing well. He said, and I will never forget that: ‘Ke, I want you to remember it that I will never hurt you. ‘ When he said that, oh my god, I loved him much more. Here is Indiana Jones, who tells me that he will take care of me.
Although Quan and Ford never worked together again afterwards, three years ago they ensured one of the most beautiful Hollywood reunions. After Quan had disappeared from the scene for a long time, he recently moved into the spotlight again, including through everything everywhere all at Once and the 2nd season of Loki.
Next he is in the romantic action comedy Love Hurts-Love hurts to see on the side of West Side Story Star Ariana Debose on the big screen. He also plays a role in the science fiction blockbuster The Electric State, which is published at Netflix. Both films start in March.
