In Guinea-Bissau, President Umaro Sissoco Packo says he wants to stay in power until the entrance according to his successor. The Supreme Court of the country set the official end of its mandate on September 4, but the date is disputed by the opposition which considers that the Packo presidency must end at the end of February.
