A motorist was glowing last night when he was caught in Utrecht while driving with a laughing gas balloon in his hand. Agents saw the man riding on the Karl Marxdreef in Utrecht, his passenger also kept a balloon at the mouth. The driver received a stop sign, but then ran away. The agents found him a little further in the bushes, where they arrested him.
