At the same time, Marwa, 33, would go for lunch.

She came to Sweden from war -affected Syria nine years ago and has heard the sounds of weapons that are fired before. There were quick shot salves.

She started screaming at her classmates to get out of the building.

Hid in the classroom

34-year-old Hellen plugs for a nurse at the school. She had a lesson when it started to slap.

– At first we thought it was something that hit the slopes but then more bangs came. Pang, pang, pang in succession and we understood that it was shot salves, she told Aftonbladet.

Hellen and her classmates locked the door to the classroom. They turned off the lamps in the ceiling and took shelter.

They crawled together under each breeze that is there.

They then lay silent and quiet during the britts for several hours. They heard the shooter pass outside.

Called the daughter to warn

Hellen’s mother Mecide is at work in the home service when she hears about a shooting at a school in Örebro. She called her daughter to alert, but only got a whisper in response.

Then the conversation was broken.

At the same time, the teacher Lasse, 62, opened the door from the lunch room at the school and then saw students throw themselves on the floor.

The shots were heard just outside the door. Lasse heard around twenty shots.

– It’s so surreal.

Matte, 21, had a lesson when it started to slap. He told Aftonbladet yesterday that he and his classmates were told to lock all doors.

They also put their jackets on the doors so that no one would look in.
