According to a statement during the company’s third quarter financial results, the new Battlefield game will be launched between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026. The game will pass in a modern war -themed universe and will be connected to the roots of the series and offer innovative features.

This cooperation will allow the game to offer a rich content in terms of both story and gameplay.
The EA announced the Battlefield Labs, a new test platform for Battlefield 6. This platform will be used to test elements such as the basic mechanics of the game, demolition system, weapon balance and maps. The first tests will begin with a few thousand players in Europe and North America, and then open to other regions and a larger audience.
