SIMEST CDP group 3 million euros investment for MINT international

(Finance) – SIMEST, the company of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group which supports the internationalization of Italian companies, has invested 3 million euros to support the international growth of Mint, Milanese Software Company, Activate in the Madtech sector (Marketing and Advertising Technologies) through the use of artificial intelligence proprietary platforms.

With the investment, SIMEST – which used 1.5 million euros in its own resources and an additional 1.5 million euros of resources of the fund 394/81, managed on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – will allow the acquisition of the French company Info³ (Infocubed), laying the foundations for the creation of a sample in the sector at European level. The turnover is expected to increase from 34 million euros in 2024 to over 80 million euros in 2027. The acquisition aims, in fact, to extend the operations of the new group also in the USA and significantly improve its efficiency operational.

The operation – explains SIMEST in a note – presents remarkable competitive advantages Thanks to the expansion of the range of products offered, the acquisition of new skills for the expansion of the customer base and the creation of operational synergies both cost and revenue.

The Mint group, Already among the first in Italy in the sector, it is characterized by the offer of use of an owner artificial intelligence platform, unique for its customers, able to manage all investments in the average and automated way. The platform uses Machine Learning algorithms to optimize marketing campaigns, allowing you to efficiently efficient and return advertising investment also in terms of reducing the activities of the activities by customers. In line with the objectives defined in Strategic plan SIMEST 2023-2025 “Impact of Business”, Mint has defined a series of social and environmental commitments also extended to its suppliers. In particular, the group, starting from 2025, is committed to the drafting of the sustainability budget, and to the alignment to European taxonomy. To this is added the commitment to the drafting of an ESG plan with specific objectives and targets.
