This time, the elected official also relies on the conclusions of a parliamentary committee last January, alerting to consumption related to “a form of stress management or performance maintenance”. On RMC, this Tuesday, the mayor of Grenoble highlights two figures: “a million consumers of cocaine and more than 5 million cannabis”. Doù his wish to “make a frank diagnosis” on the subject.

The proposal for a referendum
