(Finance) – Increases more than expected expenditure for construction constructions in December 2024. The data, communicated by the American trade department, stands at 2,192 billion dollars, recording a growth of 0.5% on a monthly basis, compared to +0.3% of analysts’ estimates and after +0.2% of November.
On an annual basis, an increase of 4.3%was seen.
Among the private buildings, whose expenses climbed by 0.9% to $ 1,688 billion, residential types rose to 1.5% to 939 billion dollars. Public spending has marked a decrease of 0.5% to 503 billion dollars.
