“Eva is known and much appreciated in her previous role with the operation of Löven’s lunch restaurant and she is extremely tagged to take on the task with the Tosseberg Click,” writes Niclas Jansson, CEO of Sunne Fastighets AB to SVT.
The contract was signed on Monday and applies to the 2025 season.
– It is difficult to know how it will go, the Tosseberg Cloth is very weather dependent so I hope for a decent summer, says Eva Backman.
The restaurant, which was kept closed last summer, will have three to four employees and is expected to open the second week in May, a bit like a test to see if you can attract visitors before the season starts in earnest.
– Then it is open in June, July and August when it is high pressure.
