Only two weeks after his signature, the decree taken by Donald Trump in order to suspend American international aid for 90 days already has harmful consequences in many countries, especially in Africa. This is for example the case within the NGO Alima, specializing in emergency medicine and medical care: present in Haiti and in 12 countries on the continent, the organization based in Dakar was immediately forced to reduce several programs, especially in Mali.
