(Finance) – Accelerates the growth of the labor costs in the United States in the 4th quarter of 2024. According to what is detected by Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the labor cost index has risen by 0.9% in line with the consensus and after the +0.8% recorded the previous quarter.
In the same period the wages and wages (which count 70% of the total cost) increased by 0.9% against +0.8% of the previous quarter. The costs for indemnity (benefits) increased by 0.8% as three months earlier.
