On Sunday, Turkey announced that it had killed 23 Kurdimilians in northern Syria.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Defense, the fighters belonged to the YPG group and the Kurdistan Labor Party, the PKK Group.
According to Turkey, these groups are the same player.
The United States, on the other hand, defines only the PKK as a terrorist organization and considers the YPG group to be a partner in battle against the Isis terrorist organization.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense did not specify where and when the militants were killed.
