Colombia President Gustavo Petro did not allow the land of deportation from the United States to land in the country. Petro made a statement from his social media account, argued that US officials treated Colombian immigrants “guilty”.

“The United States cannot treat Colombian immigrants to our lands. Before we accept immigrants, the United States needs to create a protocol to be treated as honorable,” President Petro said Petro. He said.

Trump shared his Truth Social account. “This command was given by Gustavo Petro of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, who left the United States and learned that two return planes were not allowed to land in Colombia.” He said.
Trump argued that Petro’s failure to land aircraft to land in the country has endangered the US national and public security and instructed to take emergencies and stable retaliation measures.
Stating that he wants to apply 25 percent customs duties for all goods entering the United States from Colombia, Trump stressed that this rate will be increased to 50 percent within a week.

Trump stated that Colombian state officials have instructed all their allies and supporters for travel ban and visa cancellations, and that the Colombian government will bring visa sanctions to their families and supporters.
Trump pointed out that customs and boundary protection controls will be increased for all Colombia citizens and cargo for national security reasons. Treasury, banking and financial sanctions will be applied.
Trump emphasized that these measures are just a beginning, “We will not allow the Colombian government to violate the legal obligations of the criminals forcibly sent to the United States.” He said.
Visa Services Stopped
According to the local press, the first aircraft carrying Colombian immigrants deported from the United States was expected to land in 06.45 local time and the second aircraft to Colombia at 10.00.
