An extraordinary summit of heads of state of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) took place this Friday, January 31, in Harare, Zimbabwe. Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi, present online, was able to meet with his counterparts, including South African Cyril Ramaphosa, in order to take stock of the situation east of the DRC.
