Tingsryd hardly showed off any first -class defense game immediately after the first drop.
Björklöven only needed two passes to release Marcus “Lilliz” Nilsson, who was icy in front of goal.
Tingsryd’s keeper Emil Cederlund did not have a chance at the forward’s draw until 1-0 after only nine seconds – the fastest this season.
Others also started
Björklöven scored two more goals in the first period-both through the French Canadian Maxime Fortier.
Nilsson then put 4-0 after only 33 seconds in the second period.
Tingsryd took time out, but only two minutes after that, five came from the Löven through Jacob Olofsson.
“Meet an NHL team”
And the leaves just continued to pump on.
When Felix Girard made 8-1 at the end of Second, it burst for Tingsryds Keeper Cederlund who went to the bench directly and replaced himself on his own.
– I don’t know what to say. It’s like we meet an NHL team. They are sickly good. We are trying to do as best we can, but we are not enough right now, said Tingsryds Linus Hedman in the second period break.
The leaves chased their own victory record from last fall when they beat Mora with 11-0, but had to settle for an 11-2 victory.
– We meet a good team, but we should not collapse as a card house for it. We give up prematurely, says Tingsryd’s coach Arto Miettinen after the match in TV4.
