Manchester United and Tottenham in the Premier League clarified their shield in the European League of Football.
Manchester United and Tottenham, who are currently in the English Premier League, reached the top eight in the European League.
Manchester United, who was 12th in the Premiership, overthrew Steaua 2-0 and won all his third consecutive match for the first time this season. United took third in the European League series with five wins and three draws.
Fourth, Tottenham overturned the Swedish Elfsborg on Thursday. The victory was fifth in that European League.
Tottenham, 15, in the Premiership, has won only one of his last 11 league matches of his home and Spurs has the longest tube in club history since 2008.
The remaining six clubs that secured their quarter-finals were the European League-based Italian Lazio, Spanish Ath Bilbao (2nd), German Frankfurt (5), French Lyon (6), and the Greek Olympics (7th), a Frenchman in the final round (8.)
Anderlecht, who lost to Hoffenheim at home with a score of 3-4, and steau for United was slipping out of eight among the 16, which already secured the place in the 16th.
In the playoffs, or 24, some of the clubs reached ten points, some not due to the goal difference.
The Turkish Fenerbache was the last to finish with a goal difference -2 (9-11), while Braga, a Portuguese, who beat Lazio 1-0 in the League in the final round, with the beach -3 (9-12).
