In the team investigates this Thursday, January 30, the world of rugby is undermined. For several months, extra-sporting affairs have been linked and also justice convictions. One of the “actors” of this documentary is the player of Béziers Hans Nkinsi, a club evolving in Prod2 and current second in the championship behind Grenoble and in front of Provence Rugby, two former clubs of the player of Congolese origin. Aged 32, Hans Nkinsi evolves in the second line post and is currently suspended for acts of domestic violence with his ex-partner.

Judged in December 2024, Hans Nkinsi was sentenced to 18 months in prison, of which 12 was suspended from two years, by the Béziers Criminal Court. During the hearing, Hans Nkinsi would have been quite vehement in the face of the questions, defending himself ardently. If he admitted to having slap the face of the complainant, the former Castres defended himself by advancing the “violence” of it, adding “an emotional dependence” and that it would be “under control” His ex-partner. The public prosecutor, however, highlighted the inconsistencies of the defense, on approximations of previous events, concerning traces of blows on the complainant (supporting photos), and epidermal reactions committed on doors Or a laptop at home during arguments. Note that the facts of rape and sequestration on spouse or ex-spouse have not been selected for a breach of evidence.

The player is now meeting on February 10 before the sentences judge to determine the conditions for his detention. In all likelihood, he will escape prison and will wear an electronic bracelet. The club, which has suspended its player since October 24, after being aware of the facts, had denounced “unacceptable” behavior. However, he was not ousted, but has not played since mid-October.

This affair echoes that of Taleta Tupoola, also a player of Béziers, who had been sentenced to fourteen months suspended prison sentence for serious blows carried at the head of his wife and mother of their son on November 13.
