The recently published first trailer for the new Daredevil series already promised that Daredevil: Born Again would take a dark direction. Now the return of the devil from Hell’s Kitchen at Disney+ even attracts a promising comparison to the best superhero series 2024 and thus boosts the devilish anticipation.
Daredevil: Born Again becomes like The Penguin, only more common
Daredevil: Born Again ties in where Marvel’s Daredevil 2018 ended with season 3: The blind lawyer Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) leads a successful law firm with his closest confidants (Deborah Ann Woll) and Foggy (Elden Henson). But does that mean that he hung up his career as a masked avenger? He is difficult to ignore the political climb of the “purified” Kingpins Wilson Fisk (Vincent d’Unofrio) and it doesn’t stay calm for long.
Even if the first Daredevil series was produced by Netflix (and has now switched to Disney+ *) and the sequel series comes directly to Disney+, the new showrunner Dario Scardapane (The Punisher) reveals that the return will be significantly different than Last year’s Marvel series. When does Daredevil start: Born Again at Disney+?
On March 5, 2025 comes the first episode of the new Daredevil series at Disney+. The remaining of the 9 episodes are then broadcast weekly. The filming of season 2 even starts before the start of series from season 1.
