The France Work website is entitled to an overhaul in order to be simpler and more practical with many changes on the home page and in the personal space.
There was the National Employment Agency (ANPE) in 1967, then Pôle Emploi in 2008, which was then replaced by France work, the new operator of the Public Employment Service, in 2024. The website Allows access to all job research services, whether it is to follow an allowance, consult offers and apply, follow your summons, find training, send Documents to the organization or an email to his advisor, to carry out his monthly updating, to consult information on the job market … In short, it is an essential tool! The organization also claims 40.3 million visits per month and 12 million job offers published last year.
To facilitate the procedures, the site has been completely redesigned in order to “Better meet the needs of users”. The users were able to discover the new version on January 23. This revolves around three major themes-allowances and aid, job search and training project-, with a reception page and a modernized personal space.
France Work: a more ergonomic home page
The home page has been redesigned to allow a better presentation of the essential services and the information necessary for job seekers. We thus find the research fields to see the different ads, as well as quick access to several services (estimate my allowances and aids, register/re -register, act, connect to my personal space). Three new themes are also highlighted: allowances and aids, employment of employment and training project. The goal is to allow users of the site to discover online services, but also the workshops offered in agency.
The new interface also incorporates new sections:
- “To the front page” brings together essential information;
- “They recruit” highlights the sectors, professions and companies that hire;
- “Events” Lists salons and dating jobs;
- “Allowance and aid” explains the compensation rules to know;
- “Videos” allows you to discover the professions and services offered.
Finally, there is a navigation bar, made up of connection access, a search engine, two “Services” and “News” sections, and a “France Work Pro” service.
France Work: a personal space to facilitate monitoring
The personal space of users has also had the right to a small rejuvenation. A simple glance makes it possible to visualize which structure supports job seekers: France work, a local mission, etc. In the event of support with a local mission, a departmental council or a community, exchange functions will be offered soon.
The space was divided into four specific tabs: one dedicated to reception, another to the professional project (skills, CV, profile, search for offers, applications, training course, etc.), yet another at the Registration (procedures, aids and allowances) and finally a last which brings together exchanges between the job seeker and France work. “In order to take into account the specificities of each audience, the personal space will gradually continue to enrich themselves and adapt to users’ profiles”specifies the service in charge of the management of job seekers.
