Themoirè, founded in 2019 by Salar Bicheranloo Salar and Francesca Monaco, draws and markets bags in the entry to luxury segment with attention to the sustainability of the materials. Oof Wear, Nyky’s business branch, owner of the Momonì brand, draws and markets Outerwear with attention to environmental sustainability thanks to the use of padding coming from the reuse of textiles and plastic (PET). Oof Wear recorded a turnover of around 4 million euros in 2023.
Brands will be managed through the dedicated Sustainable Platform structure which will aim to accelerate its growth and give further push to the sustainable business model, leveraging the search for new eco-compatible materials for the production of products, the adoption of advanced technologies, the commitment to suppliers and the The entire production chain to align ethical and environmental standards, the implementation of a product life cycle measurement system (LCA – Life Cycle Assessment) to optimize performance and environmental impact (in terms of CO2 emissions, Water consumption, logistics, packaging).
The project will be led by Mirko Nesurinimanager of experience in the sector, who has been appointed CEO of the two companies and of the Holding Sustainable Platform which will centralize the production, logistics, the commercial and administrative part of the two realities and the initiatives related to sustainability. With this operation, the Fund over III, through Sustainable Platform, acquires 55% of Themoirè’s share capital and the company branch linked to the activities of the Oof Wear brand, with a total investment of 6.2 million euros.
