A reminder of COCA products specifically concerns France these drinks

While Coca-Cola initially announced on Monday, January 27, that these products had not yet been shelled in France, the brand finally recalls two lots, Tuesday January 28.

The main co-Cola trafficker in Europe announced on Monday January 27 a large reminder of several of his products (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Fuze Tea, Minute Maid, Nalu, Royal Bliss and Tropico) throughout the continent , due to too high levels of chlorate. Initially, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCPE) said that only two lots had been sent to France, but these products had not yet reached store stalls, relates Bfmtv This Tuesday, January 28.

“Ccep asked its distributor customers to block the products concerned in their warehouses,” explains the company. In the end, some of these products were placed on the shelves and/or sold. Reminder Conso announced this Tuesday two reminders concerning the prizes concerned. “This recall relates only to a very limited number of products. The rest of our range of drinks distributed in France is not concerned,” says Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. “We would like to point out that the analysis of independent experts concluded that the probability of a risk associated with consumption is very low,” continues the company.

What are the products recalled in France?

The cans of Fuze TEA Fishing 33cl sold by Carrefour, Leclerc, Auchan, Cooperative U, B&M, Franprix and Monoprix are affected by the recall. Only the lots 335GE20128 and 335GE21023 were distributed. If you have a doubt, check the Lot number registered on the container and contact your store if necessary.

Regarding the coca-cola bottles without sugars 1L in consigned glass, sold by Carrefour, France Boissons and the van, only the references 337GE10002 and 337GE10038 are concerned. Again, it is advisable to check the batch number visible on the bottle and go to your point of sale if necessary.
