IK Oskarshamn, who has played in the Swedish Main Series last season, has been hired in the middle of the season as Tero Lehterä’s head coach.
Hockey coach Tero Lehterä52, for the remainder of the season to move to IK Oskarshamn, the second highest level in Sweden, which is sixth in the series.
The Finnish pilot, who won the Historical World Championship in 1995 as a hockey player, has previously led the Västerås IK 2022-23 and Östersunds IK 2023-24 in Allsvenskan.
– Tero has joined the teams in the middle of the season and knows what it is. He is clear how Allsvenskan works and what the success there is. His previous two washes in this series succeeded and we hope he will also help us achieve the best possible result for this season, IK Oskarshamn Sports Director Arsi Piispanen states on their club on the site.
In Finland, Lehterä has coached SaiPa in the Finnish Champions League for over three years in 2017-20.
