Tank freshling from WoW is kicked out of a group after 1 minute because he is too slow

Newcomers are not easy in WoW’s dungeons. Especially if you take the important roles of the tank or healer. A current experience report from the community underlines this again.

What happened in WoW? At Reddit, Strithor reports on visiting a time hike dungeon-a simple PVE challenge from World of Warcraft, which many experienced players want to get behind as quickly as possible.

As a tank of the group, a low -level character, which is said to have been recognizable, was a beginner. Since this is said to have peeled trash groups right from the start, the tank kicked after less than a minute. Apparently everyone had chosen the exclusion except Strithor.

Strithor himself states that he left the group because he didn’t want to be part of it. His appeal: “As a community, we have to be better than that, especially if we want this game to exist for 20 years.”

WOW has often been declared dead, the following video revolves around three of these times:

How does the community react to it? The more than 1,400 upvotes and over 350 comments after a few hours show that Strithor hit a nerve.

  • Reddingingatwork23 wishes on Reddit: “We need more empathy. We don’t all work on our 11 twinks with level 80. We are not all 8/8 mythic players. We are not all at 3,500 io. We have to learn to adapt our expectations for the content we play to the smallest common denominator. ”
  • Infiniteybusboy comments on Reddit: “I would not say that Mythic+ is the worst thing that happened to the game, but it certainly has miracles that Elitism thrives.”
  • OK-Key5729 is certain (via Reddit): “The funny thing is that it is the same people who complain when Blizzard is expanding solo content because it is an MMO. If they were not so uncomfortable, there may not be such a demand for content that allow people to avoid them. “
