(Finance) – The prize that Unicredit offers for shares BPM desk as of 16 December it was equal to 14.2% and was calculated by taking the official Unicredit price on that same date, equal to 39.026 euros, and dividing it by the official price of Banco BPM equal to 7.963 euros. This was specified by the Piazza Meda banking group, at the request of Consob.
The bank also reports the premium calculated “on the basis of the official price of Unicredit on 22 November compared to the official price of the Bank’s shares on 6 November” equal to 3.9%.
