Zeina Mourtada’s creamy chicken gratin

Today’s dinner tip offers chicken fillets and frozen stir-fry vegetables that are placed in a mold and covered with a wonderfully tasty sauce of, among other things, crème fraiche, mango chutney and curry. After about 25 minutes in the oven, the gratin is ready to be served with rice and preferably a fresh green salad.
