own brand Place of Charmingregarding the rental contract relating to the hospitality-hotel company currently called “Hotel Malaspina” of Florence, made it known that it was signed between the Company and the grantor framework agreement with which the parties have agreed certain changes al Rental Agreement and further agreements to protect the Company aimed at completing the transaction.
