At least 16 people have died in connection with heavy rains on the Indonesian island of Java.
The deaths occurred when the downpour triggered a landslide in a mountainous area near the coastal town of Pekalongan.
Several more people are missing. About ten have been taken to hospital, according to police in the province of Jawa Tengah.
Deadly landslides occur periodically during Indonesia’s rainy season, which usually lasts between November and April.
