Few young adults pledge – about to turn around
At Pantamera, however, you can see that the trend is reversing and that more and more men in the age group 16 to 29 are pledging.
– We have followed Swedes’ mortgage behavior over time and see a clear upward movement in mortgages for the group of young adult men by six percentage points from 2013 to 2023, from 74 to 80 percent. For young women over the same period of time 83 to 89 percent of purchased packs of pawned, says Barthelson Riismark, and concludes:
