Police, emergency services and an ambulance have been called to the scene. The rescue service has seven units on site, reports NWT.
In total, approximately 600 liters of fuel have started to burn.
– There is a fire in two cisterns that are on each trailer in a shed near the runway, says Sören Gustavsson, team leader at SOS Alarm to TV4 Nyheterna.
It should also have burned in a truck that was parked nearby, says Lars Hedelin, press spokesperson at the police.
The emergency services are on site and expect the extinguishing work to be completed by 5.20 pm. There should be no risk of spreading.
An ambulance has been called to the scene, but there are no reports of injuries.
How the fire started is currently unclear, according to Lars Hedelin.
– At the moment, we have no immediate suspicion of crime, but that is what we are looking at, whether there is something behind it or whether it has been an accident, he says.
