In Slovakia, two people have died in a knife attack at a high school in the north of the country on Thursday. In addition, one person is in critical condition.

The stabbings took place in the town of Spisska Stara Ves, which is located on the Polish border. The suspect fled the scene but was arrested by the police shortly after the attack.
According to the police, the suspect attacked the teacher and two students.
