British Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrived in kyiv on Thursday morning where he is due to sign a “100-year” security partnership with Ukraine, a few days before Donald Trump returns to the White House. In addition, an air siren followed by loud explosions sounded, while a drone flew over the city center during the British Prime Minister’s visit.
