Filip Poon’s Chinese prime rib stew

Today’s dinner tip offers an easy-to-cook stew in which the Chinese spice mixture five spice together with ginger, garlic, soy and hoisin sauce add flavor. Serve with freshly cooked jasmine rice and lightly cooked pak choi. Tip! Feel free to make the stew the day before serving, then the flavors have time to develop.
