A little more than a month after the devastating passage of Cyclone Chido on the French archipelago of Mayotte, an emergency bill was adopted by the committee of the National Assembly, on the night of Tuesday 14 to Wednesday 15 January. The text, which allows rapid reconstruction of the territory, will be examined by the deputies from January 20, and at the beginning of February by the Senate. But the text is highly criticized by the two local deputies.
