On Wednesday morning, the announcement came from Pantamera that the deposit on bottles and aluminum cans will be increased during the second half of 2025.
Emma Alm is supervisor at the recycling center at Ingarvet in Falun.
– We are already very good at pawning and recycle a lot, but that certainly contributes to more people wanting to, those who haven’t done it before, she says.
Will the increase mean more work for you?
– I don’t think so. We empty daily and will continue to do so, maybe there will be some extra emptying, just, says Emma Alm.
