Ukraine and Russia have carried out an exchange of captured soldiers, the Russian military says.
The exchange has been brokered with the help of the United Arab Emirates.
“As a result of the negotiation process, 25 Russian servicemen have returned from territory controlled by the Kiev regime. In return, 25 Ukrainian servicemen were handed over,” writes the Russian Defense Minister on Telegram.
