Representatives of informal caregivers are sounding the alarm about the controversial parking app of the municipality of Utrecht. They see that the elderly and other vulnerable Utrecht residents receive far fewer visitors and that they suffer from loneliness. This became clear last night during a Council Information Meeting (RIB) of the municipal council.
