(Finance) – Buzzi announced that he had purchasedbetween January 6 and 10, 2025, in the aggregate 11,659 treasury sharesat the average price of 35.5418 euros for one countervalue equal to 414,381.85 euros.
Following the purchases just communicated, as of 10 January Buzzi holds 11,565,245 ordinary shares equal to 6.004% of the share capital.
